October’s Contest:
In honor of BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, we are giving away this I Love My Girlz t-shirt. To enter, simply leave a comment with the name of the Breast Cancer champion that EMPOWERS you, whether living or deceased. We are honoring their fight!
The mission of the I Love My Girlz Movement is to increase the early detection of breast cancer by providing mammograms to women in need, through the sell of the shirts. So even if you are not the winner, please support by purchasing a t-shirt because $5.00 of every purchase helps to fund a mammogram. Click here for details.
**The fine print: You must be an active subscriber at the end of the contest period to be eligible for the prizes. Limit one entry per person. Contest winners within the last 60 days are ineligible. In memory and honor of my mother, Bettie Boyd, who fought the good fight against breast cancer for 7 years until God decided to call her home on March 7, 2010. My mother had cancer but cancer never had her. She taught me how to live on purpose, laugh out loud and praise God in the midst of it all!!!

My Grandma Delores Thompkins. She is to me what Niaomi was to Ruth. Her tree is always fruitful even while going through treatment she was bearing fruit. Her nurses, doctors, and even the floor secretary was glad when she stopped, but hated that they wouldn’t see her again.God is so good because he knows the plans that he have for our lives and it is amazing to see how his heart is full of love and that he has Love for everyone and their love one’s!
My mother, Rosa Mary Myles was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1979 and all praises to God is a survivor and is now 81 years young. She is my champion because she not only shows strength but endurance!!
