We ask you ladies to please join with us in prayer again today.
Forgive us for turning our backs on You. Forgive us for pushing You out of our homes, our schools, our city halls and relationships. Forgive us for the idolatry and adultery we have committed against You. Forgive us for the pride and the rebellion; forgive us for taking Your mercy for granted. Forgive us for not being good stewards over all that You have blessed us with. Forgive us for trying to live our lives independent of You. Have mercy on us Gracious Father. Help our nation to not just have the words “In God We Trust” on our money, but to actually live these very words. Help Your people, which are called by Your name, humble themselves, and pray, and seek Your face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will You hear from heaven, and will forgive our sin, and will heal our land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Our land is sick with so much innocent bloodshed, so much deception, pride, idolatry, and dissension. Lord, help us to intercede for our land, for our nation, our families, our friends and the lost. Remove the veil of darkness from over our nation’s eyes. We rebuke the spirits of Jezebel, fear, depression, mass murder, lust, covetousness, pride, confusion, division, chaos and disorder in Jesus’ name. We pray that You draw our lost loved ones to You and that Your people become desperate for You. Help us to surrender our lives to You, knowing that we cannot do anything without You. Help us to trust and depend on You.
Daddy, we speak unity, love and humility to every family in the Body of Christ. We pray that we forgive others and ourselves as You have forgiven us. We pray that we love others as we love ourselves and that we demonstrate our love for You by keeping Your commandments. God, we need You; it is easy to get discouraged and weighed down by the worldly distractions, daily dangers and growing wickedness, but we pray that none of us get weary or turn away from Your unfailing love. You are God Almighty and even when the things of this world pass away, Your kingdom will remain. Thank You for Your forgiveness and mercy; You are faithful in keeping your covenant. We thank You for holding us in Your loving, protective arms. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
