Faith Friday: Back To One (Overcoming Division)

Faith Fridays are all about providing a visual to strengthen your faith. Some times we just need to witness the awesome moves of God in someone else’s life to remind us that He is real and can still perform miracles in our own lives! If we just believe, anything is possible with God!

If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. (Mark 3:25 NIV)

Often times the battles we fight are within the walls of the place we call home. The devil knows the power that lies within the family unit God created, especially in a praying, believing family. So he is on the mission to destroy families, break up marriages, cause emotional wounds and bitterness that hinders the growth and love of a family that will help them to impact others around them. He is causing havoc in the family by way of the children, spouses and immediate or extended relatives.

But God gives us a tool to combat against the attacks of the enemy. He gives us His word. It is alive and active, a double-edged sword and when heard, believed, spoken and followed, His word can aid and defend us in our most difficult battles. When we surrender to God and allow Him to heal and restore us, we too can experience what this family experienced–from healing to a broken marriage restored.

Please take the time to watch this husband and wife share their testimony of overcoming division.

  1. I clicked on the link & wasn’t able to view it. Satan knows if he divides us that we lose focus & forget the mission we are suppose to accomplish.
