Faith Friday: Along The Dark Roads

Faith Fridays are all about providing a visual to strengthen your faith. Some times we just need to witness the awesome moves of God in someone else’s life to remind us that He is real and can still perform miracles in our own lives! If we just believe, anything is possible with God!

Walking alone down a dark Kentucky road and covered in blood and fear, a seven year old girl made it to the doors of help. When the old man opened the door and beheld the trembling child, he did not know that her walk through the darkness wasn’t the beginning. She had, prior to, survived a plane crash that killed her entire family.

I couldn’t imagine what this child may have thought or felt and my heart goes out to her. To experience a plane crash, lose your entire family, and then walk through dark terrain had to be more horrifying than it even sounds.

The miracle of this tragic event was not only that she survived the plane crash, but she made it through dark terrain at seven in the direction of help.  Often times, people show amazing strength through tragedy and sorrow.  Moreover, it is astounding to see the strength of a seven year old press in towards help. I thank God because it is through Him, we find our strength and courage to survive through sorrow and dark times. God sent His angels to surround and shield this child through a plane crash. He had a reason to shield her very life and continue it in this earth realm.  God also supplied this child with His gentle voice, guidance, and comfort down the dark terrain and to the doors of help.

Ladies, today I EMPOWER you to not worry about your future or the dark roads ahead.  Trust God all the way through and hold fast to your faith.  Life gets scary sometimes, but God and His angels are right there with you.

Please watch this report on this child’s tragic, yet miraculous event and praise God for saving her! Also continue to keep her in your prayers for the long road ahead.
